6+ hours on the phone with @ZiplyFiber yesterday and they couldn't even tell us whether there was a general outtage, or if our equipment needed replacing. 24 hours later, still out. No assistance.Why do ISP companies always have, hands down, the worst customer service?

@RippleCreekNW @ZiplyFiber If 21 days is too long then yes ;) Glad still had Spectrum until the 22nd. They have a huge customer service issue. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm. Thought I had two prior appointments with technicians, but someone entered them wrong?! Fingers crossed - someone shows today.

@ZiplyFiber Your technical support is totally worthless. I spoke to a tech about the slow internet speed and she stated there was nothing Ziply could do. Are you kidding me? I’m paying for your service you won’t maintain or test it???

@KGWNews Just don't use #ziplyfiber period. I've been trying to turn off internet access to my daughter's phone during school hours. Waited 30 mins on hold to be told "we don't do that" and my service goes out 3x a week or more. It's garbage.

@ZiplyFiber The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Had a service call last Saturday, tech was a no-show. Another service call for today, AGAIN a no show! Unacceptable.

@ZiplyFiber billed us after our closing date and sent us to collections over an accidental charge on their part (without notifying us) and their customer service literally hung up on us lmaooo don’t use their trash WiFi

@ZiplyFiber I’ve just had the worst service ever! I’d installation scheduled for today, the guy shows up 2 hours later, then disappears for 4 hours. I called and kept me on hold 45 minutes to reschedule. It’s done for tomorrow. Then they called me and said it’ll be on Feb 2!
