@VodafoneUK I have had issues accessing the 'My Vodafone' app for months. I keep getting a pop up screen that reads 'Restart required, Your log in access has expired. Please restart the app to continue'. I have tried this lots of times and the same message comes up...

@VodafoneUK my phone is saying no signal, no service, can’t call anyone and can just about reach wifi to post this. This phone is work based so I need it working. Got this new phone and sim about 3 weeks ago, been working fine up until today. What can I do? I’ve tried everything.

@VodafoneUK @Samsung I've had a terrible time Trev. I've been told by complaints that this is my problem to fix. The phone is less than 1 year old and I have to fund the fix. The call was recorded with your agent stating it wasn't my fault but they wouldn't resolve under warranty. I'm gobsmacked.

Shocking customer service by @VodafoneUK the past 2 days. Tried to get through on the phone, to put an order in, and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. Instead, they give you a link to the web chat which is never available! What’s going on?! #badcustomerservice #vodafone

@VodafoneUK I asked 5 agents in chat to cancel my broadband order because the billing team wouldn't remove my roaming charges I got trying to sign up to broadband while I was away. I've still not received confirmation the order is cancelled
