We are looking for a highly motivated Set-Up Driver to join our team! This individual will help pull equipment, china, glass, silver and service ware for events and restaurants and deliver these items to the proper venue. This person will assist our Chief Steward in other duties including organizing storage areas, delivering food, collecting equipment after events and helping ensure it is cleaned and properly stored away.

If you have experience with setting up banquet events or working in fast paced kitchens, enjoy making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you! This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow and learn at a world-class property!

Your Role:

• Assemble and deliver all equipment required for restaurants, banquet and wedding events to the standard set by Chief Steward.
• Store and organizing all china, glass, silver, service ware and equipment used in banquets and culinary.
• Maintain organization and sanitation of back of the house areas
• Assist in stewarding area as needed to ensure all items are returned from events, cleaned and stored away properly
• Completes special projects as directed by department management.
• Communicate and maintain a positive relationship with culinary and stewarding staff
• Maintain an awareness of all functions, events and meetings taking place at any given time
