We worked with Keri during the fall of 2017. She acted as our realtor for both the house we were buying and the house we were selling. She is awesome! She made the process very easy for us on both ends. She is very knowledgeable about the local area and the current market. Last year my husband and I had started to think about buying a bigger house and were casually looking. Then we found out we were expecting twins and this bumped up our timeline and urgency. Keri spent the time to get to know our style and what we were looking for and helped us decide where to spend our limited time. So while we spent a lot of time looking at places, none of them were far outside of what we wanted. She was so knowledgeable about new listings that we got to see things quickly after they were listed which gave us an edge in the fast paced market. We were able to go see and put an offer in on the perfect house the very first weekend it was listed. Once we found our dream home, Keri also expertly helped us prep and market our current home.
